There's clearly nothing wrong with the warrant itself, and the Franks challenge is the only way you even get to introduce extraneous evidence. Otherwise you're limited to challenging the document itself, i.e. "Your Honor, the sole basis for this search warrant is a single phone call from a schizophrenic in a mental institution who claimed to be Napoloeon and said I was harboring illegal grey aliens from Zeta Reticuli in my home."
They're going to have to provide a witness list. They can't just spring a surprise witness on the other side.

Luckily, Nick's timeline for disclosing all defenses he's intending to raise has already passed. The state already will have a decent understanding of their gameplan via discovery. MRCP 9.02(1)(5) makes it so that Nick must disclose defenses he'll be raising, including an alibi such as this, and this discovery must be provided before the Rule 11 omnibus. We'll know fairly soon if he's attempting any shenanigans like that just based off the state's witness list they'll file, if they haven't already filed it. So if Nick is trying any of that bullshit, it can't be some big gotcha moment
There's a twisted reason behind that aborted stream and it wasn't to gloat, the reason he's going so hard on this is that he thinks he can claim moral superiority (It's the only place he thinks that he can). Nick's whore wife sent Aaron her whore pictures and Aaron showed one of the whore pictures to a friend, Kayla and by extension Nick and his entire family are now the victims of Aaron. Nick the Cuck also gets a chance to Big Man for his whore wife, much like Ron Toye (not a cuck) did.

Wouldn't surprise me. He's out there threatening suicide in public, what's he saying in private? He's no doubt drunk off his ass, punching himself in the face, and no screaming and crying. While Kayla is no doubt too busy popping pills and clapping like a seal when Picard orders an Earl Grey hot, maybe April is getting genuinely scared. Maybe his parents or kids were in the house and called the police so he didn't neckrope. Maybe a neighbor overheard him.
