Why would Russia produce a false source to use towards a FBI investigation that the FBI would come to trust enough to not just make arrests but continue to charge in court despite your warnings? Like, what exactly is the step after "innocent guy goes to prison" that benefits Russia to where they would setup this elaborate plot years in the making despite being so easily exposed just from looking at pictures of the guy? Surely the target can't be discrediting you when it's the FBI and DOJ that's been fooled into prosecuting innocent people.

And shouldn't you be contacting TorSwats attorneys with your evidence that he's innocent and been completely setup by this catfrozed guy and the FBI? According to her gnaa chats, she spent 1 year in the military as a mechanic before getting demoted to E-1 and kicked out. For the life of me, I can't find out what she did, though the currently available clues indicate a "mental health incident"

This is just to explain how punishment in the military works and offer a guess as to what happened with Jackie.

There are two levels. Non Judicial Punishment and a court martial. A CM is the serious one. You have a jury made up of enlisted and officers. You face the full potential punishment as defined in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The UCMJ is a fine old document that considers the act of your wife giving you a blow job is considered to be sodomy and is technically a punishable office. The stupid thing was written back when flogging was used as a motivational tool.

Jackie didn't get a court martial. If she did, it would show up in a simple search of her because it would have made the local paper and the Army Times. It's a big deal when someone gets a court martial.

So more likely, she went to an NJP. You go before the commanding officer. The detail the charges. If you're smart, you keep your fucking mouth shut as they already decided your punishment.

The old man can take your pay, drop you a paygrade/rank, give you limited brig time, and have you separated. The worst discharge he can give you is other than honorable.

Given that Jackie was so fresh to the military, and she only had a GED, chances are she was an E-1 in basic. She has to be that paygrade for 6 months. So chances are, when she got in trouble, she only dropped one pay grade.

I suspect she got a negative discharge, likely an OTH, which is why she was never able to use her GI bill for tuition assistance.

If what I am describing is accurate, I'm afraid it's almost impossible to confirm. NJP's are literally a weekly thing at a large command. Usually it's just young people getting yelled at for doing something stupid. It doesn't make the paper or anything. You would have to find someone at Jackie's command that specifically knew her. But she was in for such a short period of time, the chances of that are zero.

Writing all this out, it kind of makes sense she would separate out on an NJP rather than medical. Medical separations take forever.

It's utterly amazing to me how ever aspect of this woman is either a misrepresentation or a bold faced lie.

How does one get from whatever her discharge status was to the presented court financials with the claim the sub $1000 military disability payment?

My impression was if you do the time you signed up for you get the bennies otherwise you are SOL. if she didn't do the time how is get getting disability?

Edit : Then there is her claim she used GI bennies to get the Stokes homestead in FL. How does she not do the time and get the home bennie? (Assumption - she was not lying)

You can't. Even if someone gets an OTH, which is the worst discharge possible without a court martial, you could still claim limited medical benefits if the claim is service connected.

And now a days, everyone makes medical claims. I know so many people on like 100% disability because of some dumbass claim.

My crackpot theory is that she thought she still had college benefits. You have to apply to college, go to class, apply for your benefits, and then you get your compensation.

I could see a scenario where she started and then her GI Bill claim got denied.


GI bill is one of the first things you lose when your discharge rating is less than "honorable discharge". And what a lot of people don't realize, it's like a pension. You pay into it initially. And if yoy fuck up, you don't get that cash back.

Assuming she wasn't lying over the FL home GI bill - how can one keep the GI bill bennies and still not put in the tour time?
