Most of what he does isn't about defending himself legally. His priority always seems to be being able to maintain the lies he tells his audience and himself. He actually seems willing to take big legal risks and consequences to his case just so as to be able to maintain his public lies.

His top priority is not doing something positive in his case. Rather its to maintain his lie that he has never done cocaine and ensuring that nobody has any information to contradict that lie. His priority in the motion is pushing the false idea that CPS said in a statement that he had never neglected his children. That is also why, against his own interests, he insists on making public comments to the effect that everyone involved in the case is a liar or has committed perjury.

I mentioned it in a post within this thread ages ago but it still stands: he treats black people like the punchline to a joke only he knows about. "I don't hate black people, I think they're hilarious" is not the defense he fucking thinks it is.

While I do think Nicky is racist. I just think that because he lies about not being racist.
His racism isn't even the based kind. He just lived a very sheltered life and has some myopic views of everything including other races. The whole unbreaded segment just felt very weird(and funny huh?).

I'd say both actually. He believes in a completely racist narrative about "black people" and embraces every stereotype imaginable about them. But unlike the usual racist, he doesn't hate them for it. Rather he thinks that being all those negative stereotypes is to be greatness. To Nick, the to be the worst sort of stereotypical racist caricature of a black person is the greatest thing ever. Its essentially the black cuck mentality. That is why he likes Drex so much. Because Drex, the character he plays online and his stories play into exactly the sort of fantasies that Nick engages in about black people.

I think Nick is not streaming because of his case or lawyer advising him, but rather it’s been like 3-4 months since he could properly snort a line. He doesn’t have any shit jamming up neurotransmitters anymore, he’s now incredibly unsure of himself because the cocaine used to give him confidence.
