Yeah that was my thinking. Anything Hell-like wouldn’t bother him as much as just being accountable to himself. It’s the little things that really fuck with narcs like him. True unavoidable accountability would be worse for him than a thousand red-hot needles in his asshole.
I think Nick's own personal Silent Hill-esque hellscape would have to include monsters that are like the "Children" and "Baby" monsters from the game Cry of Fear. You know, for obvious reasons.

I'm guessing he was informed the stuff he was saying in his streams was being watched by the prosecutor and is intended to be used against him if it makes it to trial. They are also probably downloading the videos directly from his channel in case he tries another BS motion like this one.
I imagine his lawyer got some very clear messages about the accusations Nick made against people involved in his case, from planting drugs to lying under oath.

As a lawyer (in theory), he should have been on notice of that since the beginning. Doubly so since the cokestream was a factor in getting the warrant. I don't think he suddenly realized this. Though maybe he now suddenly cares.
