Aaron is a terrible person, terrible judge of character, and likely guilty of his misdemeanor charge. That said, Nick's retaliatory attempts and his entourage of child-enthusiasts are exactly why I can not agree when people say that Aaron is just as bad as Nick. Nick is a pathological liar intent on ruining the lives of himself, his wife, his children, and anyone that he can get his grubby skeletal hands on. His only enjoyment comes from slathering everyone with drugs, lawsuits, and criminal charges while pretending he has no idea why anything ever happens. You're disgusting, Nick. Maybe life would go better if you didn't stick around people who encourage giving into animalistic desires and fetishizing children.

And now he's facing charges for crimes against his own children. Oh boy! For a guy that claims to care about children, he sure doesn't seem to care about child abuse. Sean and Nate seem to be under the impression that Aaron would not be able to poke holes in the State's case here, which I find to be pretty weird because the entire case depends on a jury unanimously believing Geno Bisconte and Keanu Thompson saying "trust me bro this happened." Especially due Keanu's "close" relation to April and ongoing feuding in the dabbleverse and the timing of this report, a good lawyer could crucify them on credibility just by using their own words against them, Not to mention that it's questionable that Geno and/or Keanu would even be willing to fly out to Minnesota to testify for this.

The State (presumably) does not have the most important piece of evidence, which is the message from Aaron to Geno. Geno deleted the photo, so Geno does not have the picture either. We have Aaron on stream sending something to Geno, which from implication clearly was Kayla in some form, and we have a some message meta-data saying that Aaron did in fact send a photo message. But how can the State prove that picture was a nude of Kayla? How can the State prove, other than Geno's word, that it was picture of Kayla with her tits out? Specifically, Kayla Rekieta with her nipples visible? How can the State that Kayla was identifiable from the picture?

We have Kayla admitting that she sent nudes to Aaron, but other than Geno's / Keanu's testimony, how can the State prove that Aaron sent Geno that particular nude at that particular time? What's the State's response if Aaron argues he sent a different picture of Kayla?

This is not even getting into the other elements which other people have argued more thoroughly.

I mean at the end of the day I'm sure Aaron's guilty and people are convicted on way less evidence all the time. But I don't think it's a done deal that the State can successfully prove all that beyond a reasonable doubt, especially since they lack the best evidence.

Geno and Keanu testifying they saw a nude image of Kayla that Aaron sent is evidence. It's pretty convincing proof, too.

Now getting Geno to testify in MN is not a given. That's likely a reason the state would want a quick plea deal. If I were the prosecutor, I don't want Geno on the stand calling them all cunts. He's a big unknown.

I took a look at the complaint. Unless Geno and/or Keanu are willing to testify at trial, they really don't have a case at all. Getting a revenge porn conviction without any direct witness to the revenge porn image and as well without any image would seem rather problematical.

But with their testimony, I think Aaron would be in a difficult situation.
