I think they are aiming for a gag order.

However if you define misdemeanor as essentially sending an imagine one time to a person and then say sharing an imaging is automatically harassment, why then spell it out as harassment as an upgrade to felony in the statute? Has to be a standard for it.

No, for getting an RO, an instance of sharing an intimate image nonconsensually is considered "harassment"; "harass" is defined differently in the dissemination statute. Not defending it, just reporting.

Unless someone comes forward and offers to pay Aaron’s legal bills to fight the harassment charge, I think he’s just going to plead out. He was just complaining the other day about how behind he was on making money for the month, and now he’s been forced into an involuntary hiatus. There’s no way he can afford to fight anything.
