Didn't Brian Keene chime in when Piggy attacked Lori Janeski? Someone with a twitter can confirm? Would this be after the alleged phone call? I'd bet that other actual authors, Hi Larry Correia, contacted Brian to warn him about Ol' Bitch Tits.

This is why the CONvergence thing is a big misunderstanding! Rick was trying to help! He thought standing around yelling this book’s got incest would be like making it as big as Game of Thrones or some shit, and he’s autistically trying to make friends! He thinks it’s a complement!
