Many people now at this point have seen through the bullshit that gets pinched out from corporate leadership. If you’re a white guy, you’re automatically at the back of the line for any promotions and getting promoted often means you have to prove how dedicated you are to the organization by doing things like denying promotions to qualified people because they don’t work in the office. More and more continue to see a job as just a job and that’s a good thing.
