I am really quite curious how Nick is going to get along with The System... I'm not from his state but I'd wager they are similar throughout the country.
Diluted urine tests are considered a fail for starters while I'm not sure about the patch I had to use a pupil scanner some years ago and if anything was amiss you had to immediately go take a urine test. Again diluted is automatically a fail, if it shows positive however you can pay to have it sent to a laboratory for verification. They really didn't like anything but clean piss, no excuses, no weirdness and absolutely nothing funny. Also the chemical use assessment is likely to be hit or miss, depends on who administers the interview. He might be able to bullshit enough to get a very light treatment recommendation. Cuz let's face it he's gonna get something considering he was caught with a relatively large amount of cocaine and he's gonna have to tell them about his drinking. What else can he say about that other than he drank most if not all nights?
That's considered very problematic.
And when he goes through one of these programs they want honesty, they want you to be a part of the process, to recognise you fucked up pretty bad (you're in The System now after all) and that you need help and can demonstrate a real willingness to change not just that behaviour but the behaviours and thought processes that got you there. Oh and to be an active participant in the whole thing, that's usually pretty important to them. Maybe he will get "lucky" and can monkey mark his way through it all. It really does depend on the people he has to work with but a lot of them have seen and heard it all before and will smell his bullshit a mile away. So unless he's a better actor than we've ever seen he's either gonna do the program, at least half heartedly (sometimes that's enough) or he's gonna put up a fight and CPS and probation likely won't suffer any of his excuses and bullshit and he will be on a time limit to go through it successfully and have someone sign off on his completion.I t could be very hard for him to get through all of it if he doesn't just suck it up and do the work.

EDIT: on tonight’s Kino Casino, PPP said that “Aaron messaged me (PPP) and said that Ralph got the wrong address; he doxed some guy 2 blocks away”. I’m not sure if that’s true or if that’s just PPP doing a kind gesture and throwing up a smokescreen by claiming Ralph faildoxed.
