This is a very good point actually. Not only are they planning to fight the full thing out in court, they are already planning the children's testimony.

I am very interested to find out what they will coach the daughter that tested positive for cocaine to say, as I fully expect the children are already being drilled to give the right testimony. Remember, home-schooled, so they can put all that free time to good use to make up a story how the cocaine suddenly appeared on the driveway one day.
