Her endless apologies are meaningless. When you really are apologizing, you then do things so you don't keep repeating them... Instead she apologizes, then keeps doing the exact same behaviors only to apologize again and repeat.

She just wants attention.. an attention whore, rather it be good or bad, she loves attention... She wouldn't know what to do if Kiwifarms or others stopped giving her bad attention.

I think the issue is her meds are not treating the schizo portion of it well. You would still give mood stabilizers to someone with schizoaffective disorder. But you would use antipsychotics as well.

I'm not used to how the github works so can't find the posts about this all.

It's called eating proper portions, exercise and having regular schedules, along with working with her Doctor, to get down. It also takes time, which she is not willing to spend, if it does not include her ranting on a computer. She also claims that her belly is only the size of a volley or soccer ball. That is an empathic nope, since her gut is larger than those balls and she sure has balls trying to claim that.
