The issue, aside from being retarded in its whole, is that florida DID count in a timely manner, but because it was close, democrats ordered a recount. And then another one. And another one. And another one. Until they got in front of a judge and were asked "how long do you plan on doing this?" and they basically answered "as long as it takes for one of them to say we won by a single vote". Can't imagine why the judge ordered an end to the recounts.

I love how he conveniently forgot the WTC 1993 attacks, the attacks on the African embassies, the millennium plots, the attacks on uss warships, all of which happened with prior warning and during Clinton's era.
