The programming works but it doesn’t hold up in the face of scrutiny which ShareBlue bots haven’t experienced yet. Kamala has a terrible record in San Francisco and Walz turned Minnesota into his piggy bank. If Kamala continues to tout how she’s a ‘moderate’ California cross aisle Hoover vacuum dicksucker senator then she’s huffing her own queefs with no expectation of winning outside of a narrative fantasy.

The minute either next week or the week after left center outlets stop calling Walz their high school football coach daddy and Kamala the blasian auntie they want to fuck the magic is gone. Their records are horrendous and they’ll have to do some major convincing to skeptics their platform will be painted a new gayer shade of blue, while they’re too busy stumbling on the campaign trail more people will begin to question what is Kamala doing as the current presumptive president when she’s not bothered shitting on everyone’s concerns with positivity and joy.

I think democrats exited their bpd negative death spiral for a positive one.

I spoke about it on the Conspiracies thread. The entire Westboro Baptist Church thing of the 2000s and early 2010 looks in retrospect a lot like a strawman astroturfed to push a narrative. See my writeup:

I was reminded of the existence of the Westboro Baptist Church recently, and I am thinking they were used as fall guys to slowly erode American civil liberties and poison the well for any conservative push-back against liberal positions and to work as a convenient target to justify censorship laws.

This is a church in the middle of nowhere, started in 1955. It then was nearly unknown until 1991 when they started fag bashing publicly, and it only actually started getting any real protests going in 1998 when they got featured on CNN. Side note: did you know some fucking bombed the pastor's daughter home? The guy who did it was gay and mad at them, and thought the Pastor lived there. He only got community service and a fine for it.

The entire congregation is minuscule, even at their biggest they never even cracked 4 digit numbers and for most of their history it has been a local thing of around 200 people max. Most of their "protests" were around 5 or so people, sometimes a single dude with signs. But for some reason during the 2000's and 2010's it was guaranteed these protests would be national news because... why? Oh they are shocking! Yeah who cares? Leave the weirdo calvinist to scream alone who cares? Yet there was always media and people showing up to counter protest and shit.

Who was paying for these protests? They claimed to not accept donation, but these white trash fuckers in the middle of nowhere Kansas sometimes kept shelling out money to fly their folks all around the USA constantly and pay for lawyers and shit? This is probably the least suspicious part of them to be fair, they ARE Calvinists and those tend to be decent with money and could be a case of wasting savings on "righteous causes" for the pastor by funding this instead of mega churches and shit.

During the early 2000's they were quite big protesting the GWOT in the most retarded way possible, with the whole "thank God for dead soldiers" shit. Showing up to military funerals and even protesting directly at US Military stuff like one where they shit talked the US Marine Corps. However come 2009 they suspiciously stop all of these military themed and focused protests, instead spending the Obama years mostly being pests about mass shooting victims and faggots instead and only ever protesting the military again in 2015 once.

Perhaps one of the more interesting things I noticed as well is how they suddenly dropped off the face of the Earth in 2017. You would think that Arch Cheeto Orange Hitler would make a pretty good target for them to hate on right? Or maybe they would support him? But nope. Their last ever protest seems to have been in July 2016, a pitiful attempt at protesting a Pokémon Go thing where some people named a poke "love is love". Their last "real" protest with actual teeth behind it was the penultimate one, where they were glad about the Orlando Gay Club Shooting.

In a completely unrelated note, Crossfire Hurricane was officially started as a FBI operation in July 31st, 2016.

Here is my game theory: In the late days of the Clinton administration some of the more liberal power brokers in the DNC found out about the WBC and decided to hatch a plan to use them as designated straw-men to push their progressive ideas. Follwing Al Gore's loss to Bush they didn't use them at first, but then put some feelers out and make some test runs as 9/11 hysteria faded after the 2002 midterms and in 2004 to start pushing their plans. Tactical protesting of dead soldiers helped establish them as ultimate evil, ensuring no GOP support might come their way and making them immune to being coopted by the conservative enemies.

Once Obama gets in they really push the envelope and have them really go all out on the fag bashing. This helps to drive public opinion towards the eventual federalization of gay marriage, making Obama the King Nigger Black Jesus of the progressive cause and paying off in the eternal placement of LGBT in the Democratic Plantation. Then the WBC is no longer needed, and they are dropped as allowed to go back to their irrelevant status again.

Looking bad it is obvious they were given attention as a easy shock value media push and not out of them having any sort of real influence at the very least.
 
On a different note, suppose I wanted to eliminate social security and the welfare state, how would I do that? Well, first I would point at the funding cliff to push through a bill cutting social security funding on those over 80. This of course will only be a drop in the bucket and won't solve the funding issue. Citing a further need for reform, I'll support passing laws that make it means tested— allowing only those with less than $500,000 in assets access. This would remove a significant amount of retirees from the program, basically anyone with a house and retirement savings. This restores it partially back to the original promise of being a program of last resort for the poor old. But, there's still more to be done. With so many people no longer receiving benefits, they would highly be upset and demand changes. At this point, I'd use social engineering to leverage boomer rage and redirect their anger at the illegal immigrants and young NEETs. I'd have them thinking "If I don't get benefits, why are they!", and dismantle food stamps and Medicare. I'd then push to privatize what remains of social security and Medicade into tax-free individual privately managed investment and saving accounts that anyone can contribute to. No penalty if you use the money on food, housing, or medical bills, or on any purchase if you're over 70. I'd also reward saving for your children by exempting them from the inheritance tax.
How would you dismantle the welfare state sans a bust?
 
The realistic way that social security will get destroyed is hyper inflation kicks in and upping the payout will be at the bottom of anyones priorities

YouTube started fucking with comments a long time ago. Basically anything that may be perceived as negative by an algorithm gets buried. I noticed this because nearly all of my own comments (which are of course heavily sardonic) do not show up near the top even when new. When I go to watch old videos where I remember very funny (whether sarcastic or lighthearted) comments, they are nowhere to be found and have been replaced by sycophantic comments. YouTube comments are basically worthless now.

Vance killed CNN and ABC last night. Part of the problem is they’ve become complacent with coddling Joe so whenever they’re given any sort of pushback on their accountability they genuinely feel upset being asked to do their jobs. They’re really not doing the Harris campaign any favors by giving all these opportunities for Trump and Vance to dunk on.

It being pushed didn't stop that it actually fucking happened, and almost everyone from my generation either knew someone or was someone who got screwed by asshole dogmatists in their own family, whether because of shit like D&D or because of suspicion of catching THE GAY, or because of having premarital sex, either sent to some kind of abusive reform camp or kicked out of their home or simply having their personal property fucking destroyed.

What’s funny is they have to. I’m not sure about the cable networks, but broadcast networks have to give a good faith effort of equal time for official candidates (I assume third parties are exempt; not exactly sure how that works).

One thing I find interesting is that despite being a rabid anti gay activist and anti semite, Fred Phelps was staunchly against racism. He spent most of his youth civil rights cases as a lawyer, bragged about bringing down Jim Crow in Kansas, and in one of his antisemitic rants said something along the lines of how whatever the Jews suffered in the 40s was nothing compared to what African Americans suffered.
