I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that when Jackie was little, her hair started falling out. All the other little boys and girls used to tease her mercilessly by calling her, "leukemia girl," and the whole ordeal emotionally scarred her for life.

It's the most inconvenient convenient analogy I've ever seen. It's very forced and inconvenient even to oneself. It really comes across as autists wanting to systemise and overexplain shit to both themselves and to niggers who don't even care. And it also gives munchies a term to parade around on TikTok.

Null mentioned it on MATI before because of course Liz Fong Jones (among others) uses it. Some woman upon a time spoke about her experience with a chronic illness in 2003 and likened it to having spoons on a table, and doing a given task is picking up one or more spoons and "using" it. No more spoons, no more physical/mental energy to do common things.

It was a good analogy on her part I suppose and I don't know what specific illness she has, but it's probably not crippling autism. Sure donger has an autoimmune thing eating his eyes and likely a few more things going on but him and all the other trannies and progs use spoons as a way to excuse being introverted in a less than normal way. Instead of politely dismissing any invites to social events or not going to things it's all "tee hee! Three spoons left! I can go to this party and then shower and then I'm all out so it's bed time for me!"

I don’t know where it comes from but basically someone took the “you can make five real decisions a day, make them count” study and went nuts. Basically they only have enough spoons to adult for a specified amount of time then they’re fucking useless.

It’s reddit tier garbage and anyone unironically using it needs to interview a woodchipper from the inside.
