I don't remember him ever directly attacking the police for having planted evidence, more so that the warrant shouldn't be valid because it's based on lies and that they're lying about a lot of stuff in general. Maybe he was implying with the 'can't prove the drugs belong to him' comment that the police can't prove that Aaron didn't leave the drugs there to frame him.
