Outside of the children returning which would be a loss for them, we can only win if Nick gets off relatively scot free. He is a low impulse control junkie narcissist. Future coked out drunken streams will be great.

Apparently the first thing that happened after "Rekieta Law Won" was that he went to the legendary host of the Pillstream to brag about it.

In other words, the "win" is what everyone expected. But it's not clear whether any of the grandparents will have to move in.
 
If Nick goes to Prison then we can mock him for being in Prison and then move on and do something else until he comes back out of Prison, if Nick avoids Prison then we can keep on mocking him. We'd still have the second Monty Arc, the breakup arc (with April, Kayla or both) and the Probation Arc to go. A Win for Nick is not a Loss for the Farms.

Even if he does go to prison we still have the Monty arc. He's not going to quit suing him just because he's in prison.
 
There are really only two ways to get “wins” for the balldo man.

The first is the most unlikely (impossible) in that the state of Minnesota comes out and issues an apology. Rogue government officials attempted sabotage by planting drugs, faking drug test, etc in an elaborate effort to discredit and ruin the Rekieta name.

The second is also unlikely because it would require Nick to be humble and be a man for once in his life. That involves Nick saying fame got to his head and drugs ruined his family life. He will now retire from the Internet and streaming to focus on repairing his family life and wishes everyone a million dollars. He’s in an extremely rare position where he has a trust fund to lean on to accomplish this. This would be the best scenario for not only him, but his family as well.

Although, sadly, the latter seems more improbable than the former.

What I was saying though was that whatever the results it doesn't really matter for us, Nick is still a cuck, he's still a swinger, he's still a fake Christian, he still lives in a trap house, his child still tested positive for cocaine, he's still a Junkie and alcoholic (he'll always be), he's still a porn addict and degenerate coomer, he's still everything that he was before the plea deal and we can keep digging and making fun of him about it.
The only Loss sustained by the farms is possibly not being able to see the bodycam footage of his disgusting trap house.
