Don't tell me Nick is going to be weak and accept plea deal? Not fight the state and prove that he was absolutely right about being setup?
 
How long before Nick’s “If I Did It” stream after his plea deal? Within 24 hours or will he be too wasted to manage a stream?
 
If he accepts a plea deal, it’s a “victory” in the sense that his life is only kind of fucked and not ultra giga fucked. Lasting damage has been done to his family and relationship to his kids. His friend network with his church is obliterated, and he is still an alcoholic that can’t even put the bottle down when he knows he will be screened before the court.

It’s only a matter of time before Rekieta self implodes again, except the next time he can’t fall back on the “first time offender” defense.

I could totally see Rekieta taking a plea deal if it means that the bodycam footage will be forever suppressed. It means that Rekieta can totally own Josh Moon and the Karen Farmers that want it so badly.
 
He found out his Dad is going to pay his unpaid speeding ticket for him and reach out to the credit agencies to get it expunged from his reports.

And see if Nick wasn't a proven liar, objectively proven as having lied repeatedly, and about everything from major stuff to the most stupid inconsequential stuff, maybe he'd get some benefit of the doubt.
But Nicks word is excrement, his word of honor isn't worth shit, he's a lying drug fiend that neglected his own children, a man who put getting high and balldo'ing his pilled out wife and live in crotch rot flesh monkey ahead of the welfare of his own kids.

Ms Sweep has never been proven as having lied even once, Balldo has multiple times. Ms Sweep has no reason to lie, Nick has plenty and is a proven liar even over dumb ahit nobody cares about.
So given a choice between believing a stranger and believing a proven liar with a vested interest in being dishonest, there's no contest.
