Saying "sudden loss" usually isn't the code word you use when a chronic illness kills someone. A "sudden" death is what you say for suicide/overdose/accident.

He did get a specialist lung tissue biopsy with no insurance and had a $25,000 bill apparently. I mean I personally would just ignore the bill if I knew I had no way of paying it, but maybe he an hero'd. It's possible he just had a pulmonary embolism. His lungs were already apparently fucked.
