It's a serious accusation towards a government official that he'll have to back up.

Either he meant it ironically (probably not since he uses it connection with "very terrible attorneys" suggesting he was trying to say the judges were also bad) or he meant to say "uninterested" as in the judges are not interested in the truth. But, yeah, pretty big mistake given that "disinterested judge" is a legal term of art. And you would expect a real lawyer to know that.

His swipe at the judge and his own lawyer, while an explicit accusation like the one he made against Sweep, is also worth remembering.

Rekieta has been very careful not to explicitly use the word "conspiracy" or "plot" to describe the actions of various government agents, but he has hinted very heavily at it in his typical weaselly 'say it without saying it' way:
