Not really, there's different level of "Cartel". Ralph is more likely to be a victim of teenage or low level gang violence. For example, someone will set him up to be robbed and beaten with the ruse of meeting an escort or going to a "great strip club". They give you a legitimate looking flyer and point you to an area like a parking garage or have you facetime with a hot Mexicana "escort" only for a bunch of dudes to show up at your hotel demanding your money. Another is having 2 or more young men ride up to you on a motorcycle and point a gun or hold a machete to your body and demand everything you have. (sun glasses/camera/luggage/phone/wallet/shoes). They have people out scouting looking for people exactly like Ralph, retarded and alone. These are both extremely common encounters that probably happen daily. Low level cartel members are more like niggers than netflix narcotraficantes.
 
Piggy is now incommunicado for 11 hours, since around noon in Tijuana. What we can expect when he resurfaces: a completely made up story that makes him look like a total badass chad. We may never find out what really happened.
 
"Too much to explain" = I'm too fucked up and generally too stupid to think up a story that I think makes me look cool, will sleep on it.

Meanwhile this fat pig will hide in a cheap hotel room jumping in fear at any loud noise outside. If he had a tiny ounce of courage he'd turn this into a money making IRL-style stream of the Gunt in Tijuana - but it's Ralph so of course he won't.
 
Yeah, in the meantime Merida's been in excessive heat 95+ and fuckhead has once again left those cats with who knows how much food and water and you know this cheap fuck ain't leaving the AC on. So...it's probably pushing well over 100 and then some in there.
If they survive this latest ordeal they should pounce on him in his next passed out drunken/pilled stupor and chew his eyes out. This fuck, it's all about Ralph all the time to him.

Ralph gets helium hands when he's drunk. He will raise them and they will just float around his face for no reason. Ralph doesn't have enough social interactions with people anymore to tell him it is odd.

That’s how a lot of cows get worse. Not many of them start off with any social decorum but the ones that do isolate themselves in later years and their ability to interact with humans gets weird.

I guess when you don’t have people telling you to stop being a weird retard you slowly just become a weird retard.
