It's a weird amalgamation of Dick Masterson and Tomlinson. The fat jibes are classic Masterson. Tomlinson is usually on the receiving end of people's fat jibes.

She was sued for defamation and lost. I wasn't paying super close attention to Nick at that time, but presumably Kay argued the jurisdiction in her case was improper, and Nick argued (on his show) it was, and Nick was right (it's rare his legal opinions are right, but has been known to happen on occasion).

I am waiting to see. It would not surprise me if Nick shower called the KCPD amd managed to get them to exercise some discretion in the release.

To my knowledge, Null has not gotten a refusal or been ignored--just no further contact. I am slightly optimistic it may just take some time.
