From what i'm reading, at 10,000 feet it hits 160 knots speed. Meaning at 2050 feet... yeah 99 knots would make sense, denser air and all that.

Anything classifies as a WMD when it’s convenient. However the explosive force of the tannerite targets I use for shooting practice result in much less explosive force than what a dirty nuclear bomb would. Why are binary explosives considered WMDs when they’re used in everyday comercial development. I’m not going to try and fight the law but I will call it stupid and baseless in reality.

The feds should be more focused on regulating pressure cookers and propane tanks than they are explosive targets sold in any gunshop.
