The person who signed him literally said this on a podcast. Not sure about the angry robot one, but he got signed by tor directly as a result of this

The timing of the suit makes me think it was almost filed under duress and actually filed more by Nikki than by Fats. Because he had to file it to try to get the $80k back for whoever bankrolled him.

I find it funny that the people in his city and even in his own peer groups hate him. If he didn't have a 1.2GPA he'd be smart enough to move and try his hand some place else. That was not right. Patso and Fatrick were the original O&A insults for him that they seemingly got bored of and just went with "fat faggot" and "stupid cunt." I assume Pat used Fatrick because it was a relatively safe thing to write on the side of his own house compared to the abuse he'd been getting at that point.

There exist lawyers with ethics. People who won't take a doomed LOLsuit case. Patrick found a group who would. Patrick should have gotten a call from the firm saying 'If you talk about the case we'll dump you'.
Patrick wants to be seen as a victim and his totally valid case of police abuse being rejected is abuse....of his ego. When prodded he'll squeal once he's shopped around an appeal.
The clock was running out on his ability to file. File or lose the rights to sue. That $80k is gone. Rather surprised the pests haven't examined probate records to see if that cash didn't come from an estate of one of the family.

Given how simple the insult is and how terminally arrested his emotional development is, I share the suspicions others have that this was one of the more frequent nicknames he had in middle school, and likely one of his early trigger words which would drive him into a screaming pig tantrum that he would inevitably escape all consequence for due to an over-coddling sow mother who worked for the school board and the fact he was borderline retarded enough for teachers not to want to actually enforce basic discipline beyond punishing those who set him off.
I also suspect that his unique "NO CHILD. THAT IS NOTTT TRUE....THAT IS SIMPLY....INCORRECT" cadence and vernacular may be derived from the same timeframe, likely through one of the teachers (perhaps even his aforementioned sow mother) he could rely on to reproach those calling him fat while he sat smirking at her side, a system which he presumed to be able to replicate in grown-up world to those who angered him
