Tbh I think for the most part josh is harmless. I think stuff like this does prove he has sicko tendencies but since he drinking himself to death in his own filth he can't harm anyone or anything for the most part. I always speculated under the right circumstances, like Josh was a little smarter and had a car and license he might slide off the deep end. I think him being content watching cartoons and day drinking is right where he needs to be.
