Nick will continue to drink thinking that as long as he doesn't get caught he'll be fine. He'll convince himself that he's perfectly capable of communicating while he's drunk anyways so this should be a cinch!
Look at last night's Killstream (especially near the end) for where Nick is headed.

Interesting new matter of public record attached.
I have to ask, what is a public record to you? Is it simply a record that you make public?

This reminds me of Aaron Carter taking his album art off of some guy's Instagram and said since it was posted publicly that it was "public domain," and public domain can't have copyright. He lost that case, of course.

I always thought of a public record as a record possessed by the government that anyone could obtain if they requested it, not confidential stuff about kids. Under the 1A you can post whatever documents you want, so it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. I just wonder if there's some public portal into a database of embarrassing family affairs that I and the rest of the Internet have been ignoring.

Edit to add later after the question was answered: Thank you. I didn't know there was a terminal in the courthouse where all of this could be accessed. Similarly, Potentially Criminal recently incorrectly thought it was leaked or something.

I remember this. When called out by the artist directly online, he called the artist a "clout chaser" and a "hater" and blocked him.

That is not at all the same thing as sharing COURT documents available to the public around.

These documents are all publicly available at the courthouse terminals, just not online in MN. Can read the pdf attached obtained from here to see what is publicly accessible in MN CHIPS cases.

That "nope" is probably on the same level as him telling the cop he was absolutely bullshit lying about his speeding. Just hair-trigger cope. The man has lost all sense of impulse control.

Remember Nick's preferred argument strategy he employed against Duncan Macloud and that he painstakingly explained months later as if it were the greatest thing ever--just say 'I disagree'. He even made jokes that if someone says something obvious (e.g. 'The sky is blue'), just disagree and it melts their brain and is SO FUNNY (but not WEIRD).

Nick thinks he is smarter than everyone and can do what he wants while sassing off.

This should be interesting...

Are you sure, because I got one of those earlier, but I've never actually subscribed to Nick. I did the join community, or following or whatever thh fuck they call the non-paid version is called on Rumble when he came to from streaming, but that's it.
Could be, but an e-mail advertising this deal to me popped up in my e-mail today, and I was never a paying subscriber. I signed up for a free Nick Locals account years ago and never used it. I completely forgot I had even done that until I got this same offer this morning.

No, I misread it. It is an offer for the 50 USD for the year billed as 12 months for the price of 10.

It looks similar to the retention e-mail, and I was phone-fagging. Mea culpa.

ETA: Missing words

<SNIP>
So Rekieta has made his Locals free for 2 months. Looks like he is getting desperate to regain some of that old income - if I remember right the only reason his locals popped off was because he gave a free year?
Woke up this morning to another email from Locals throwing free memberships out. Is the money situation getting dire or is it the dismal viewer numbers Nick (why not both)?

I haven't watched Rackets on Locals for *at least* 18 months (it seems like much longer). I haven't unsubscribed from their emails because the occasional desperate "come back!" updates amuse me no end.

Ninja'd by @Lord of Kiwis (bloody international timezones, I was asleep).

Family court records in minnesota, under minnesota law, are neither private nor are they confidential. Court records in minnesota are generally either available online or can be accessed in some cases at a minnesota courthouse. Certain information related to family court IS confidential. None of the documents presented so far have confidential information in them and some confidential information was either removed or covered up presumably by the government before the documents were made public.

Nick Rekieta's statements to the effect that these documents are not available to the general public and his suggestions that they have a limited distribution are utterly false.

By expanding on the bureaucratic language of "preferred placement" to infer that the kid literally preferred to not live in a trap house run by a neglectful AIDS ridden coke driven twigman faggot.

I took that to mean because of his age he could stay anywhere that he wanted that would take him in... that the placement didn't necessarily have to be part of the Foster Care system. But I could be completely wrong.

Looking for help with my Kayla project from kiwi farmers with experience making AI covers of songs using voice samples. If you are such a farmer (or know of any), please DM me indicating your interest (or recommendation of who I should reach out to).

I know what I want and can provide voice samples if needed, but am open to creative input. DMs are being used to keep it a surprise for when the post is finished. I do plan to include all submissions in some form in the post (within reason and with the creator's permission) to showcase the creativity of KF.

This is not integral to the project and there is no rush to complete it. To give interested parties an idea, I am approaching the midway point of approximately 200 pieces of media (mostly clips). This is looking to be much larger than the Drexel OP. I will try to trim it down as much as possible, but no promises.

Pages 5-8. I've switched to Notepad++ so I can use a darker theme due to eyestrain and to use multiple views for ease of copying/pasting/editing mostly repeated sections. Hopefully there are no errors remaining from my Replace All operations.

Page 8 was especially bad for legibility. Puzzling out some of the words in the second half of that page was a true challenge.
Pages 9-15. I did not transcribe a few things I felt were not significant to discussion here. If you really want to see who the kid's doctor is or the current caseworkers, the raw document is still there.

I've also already found some errors in things I transcribed before, and fixed some of the illegible notations with the correct text. I am still open to corrections, just message me or post it to my profile so we do not shit up the thread with sperging about edits. I will probably compile this document's text later tonight and post it in its entirety.

The ADHD medication name was very difficult to read, but I think I have the correct one.

I am not sure if I will do the other documents in their entirety if they are largely the same as this. Maybe I will just transcribe portions that significantly differ. I haven't looked at them yet.

After careful inspection of Minnesota court rules, I have no clear evidence that taking pictures of the public terminals is a rules violation. The court itself is prohibited from making the documents remotely accessible but can give copies out.

Part of keeping the records accessible only on the terminals or by making a copy request is to prevent mass scraping. The case of someone posting it to the Internet isn't really what the rules are trying to stop. In fact, the court can open a case to remote access if it gets enough requests by the public because the court doesn't want to become burdened by a high profile case.

(As an aside, part of the reasoning to prevent scraping is to avoid people NOTICING what groups are committing crimes.)

However, it was also clear that posting the document containing the mandatory and volunteer reporters' names was against the rules. In case anyone had doubts.
