Every video I see of Cyrax it looks like he just continually keeps on degrading. I don't even see a neck on him there. His head just blends in to his shoulders.

It's his big flamboyant WWE persona when he rages like this. It's mainly for show. When he's actually raging he's absurdly up close to the camera and showing off his gnarly mangled maw. You can hear the cadence in his voice return to normal and the façade slip when Sally interrupts him in the first half of the video.

I think people like Cyraxx are just irredeemably broken. You can put them in a soft room, you can give them high Q.O.L., you can maybe even help them produce more than they take if you've got a good one & have the wherewithal. But they won't ever really amount to anything and your efforts are best spent elsewhere. I've heard Cyraxx specifically is a lot of very disgusting things, but I don't think he's the sort of person who, like M.B.M. would deliberately torture a profoundly retarded man for his amusement.
"Men" like Marty should probably just be sent to do work no one would possibly volunteer for; like being chum, or catching very recently fired rounds with his bloated body so they're not lost.
 
I haven't been paying attention to Rax in forever because I can't stand all the zoomie weens. Now, I'm sitting here trying to figure out if he's gotten significantly worse looking or if I'm just no longer desensitized to the goblin monster.

His scalp has really deteriorated in the past few months. He is suffering from multiple health issues as well, including eczema (including of the scrotum based on his leaked google searches) and claims he is unable to dance due to issues with his feet. I'd say the deterioration is real.

He's mentally gotten worse since the punch, but he's also gotten a new camera, with better quality. Seeing him in an Ok resolution makes it all the worse.
