Saddened because the man scrunching down to lil poon’s level is Gerard Way, the man who wrote the Umbrella Academy comics and was involved with the filming of the series.

i dont know about biggest names or whatever, but after juno she was a well known star. she was pretty popular and was on her way up at that time.

That's the thing though, the trailer makes a big deal about how distinguished her career has been but what notable works has she been in? Hard Candy, Juno, a bit in Inception, that tv series she did about being a lesbian and that adaptation of Tales of The City. Other than that? Some superhero stuff and other mostly forgettable movies (some of which I've never heard of).

She's BAFTA nominated but her highest ranking award is the MTV Award for "Best Scared As Shit performance" in Inception, and most of the other awards are tied to Juno. She's not an A Lister and she's not an indie darling, she's just a successful actress who's done some producing and directing. Nothing to shrug at but also not what I think of as a "distinguished career".
