I don't know how much she spent on this, since TikTok Shop doesn't even appear for me half the time anyway, but I'm sure that this "MTHFR gene B12" snake oil is much more expensive and less effective than OTC or prescribed supplements
I got you.
I wasn't able to find the exact same bottle on the TikTok shop, only the capsules.
But I did find it on Amazon.

She paid $21 + shipping and I assume it came from China like pretty much everything else in the shop so shipping might have been high.

So, is this MTHFR stuff the latest catchall disease? Or is it actually a thing? The cursory search that I performed yielded only one hit that wasn't an ad selling something was made by a nutritionist who lists every illness under the sun as a link to this genetic mutation.

Not really. There's some early research linking MTHFR mutations to various diseases, but many of those are neural tube defects that no amount of supplements is going to solve. B12 and folate isn't a bad idea if you're a big fat or have digestive issues (or if you're pregnant) but you can get it super fucking cheap as it's a very common supplement. This Chineseium shit is just snake oil.

More damning is that she's taking Metformin. I don't think she has the beetus yet or she'd be using it to beg like she does for Joh, but I can believe she has PCOS. Though hasn't she had her ovaries yanked?

How could she be on Metformin? It's a mystery
everytime I read Mthfr, my mind sees motherfucker. I can't help it.

She's had a total hysterectomy, due to her PCOS and endometriosis.

But I'm not the least bit surprised she's on Metformin; I'd be more surprised if she wasn't. She's obese (with the central adiposity that's typical of insulin resistance), sedentary, and a substantial amount of her caloric intake is in the form of sugar-sweetened beverages—just the kind of gorl Lord Beetus can't wait to dance with.

As for not admitting she has the beetus herself, she likely knows just enough about it to understand that her diet and sedentariness are issues, and since she doesn't want to clean up her diet or start moving, and doesn't want any criticism of what she's doing, she's letting the Metformin manage it and not telling anybody she has it.

Has she ever considered that she might have lipadema?
Like, she has the size for it and she should def see what her options are.
If she just get the surgery it will be over for us bitches.

No one tell her about lipedema.

If the beetus fairy had visited her, we’d have nonstop complaints about how expensive test strips are and how unfair it is that she can’t get a top-of-the line pump and CGM. She probably isn’t getting regular enough healthcare to get a T2D diagnosis and see a specialist but someone somewhere noticed that her blood was basically Karo and put her on metformin despite promises that she was going to eat nutritious food from her struggle garden and cut down on the Mello Yello.

Just like Anna is the width of a full-sized double door fridge, Piss is wider than the doorframe behind her.
If I was Jo'h, I'd mind my p's & q's around this big back bitch.

Shipping from China is never expensive, it is almost always "free". By which I mean... paid by the American tax payer. Insert Temu ad here.

75 grams of carbs per meal
In the 80's when I was diagnosed that was a thing. IN THE 80'S! I pity the dipshit that still follows outdated medical info.

PS to add, they also told me skim milk was a free item (no carbs, lol) and I could drink as much as I wanted..

@toilet_rainbow missed this but somebody actually donated a whole $10 to Pissa.

Some new videos have been posted. She's posting a lot regularly lately. Probably just wants the algorithm to pick her up.

First up is a throwback video where she looks like a middle-aged fat goth

Next is an update to her Zinus mattress class action settlement. Lol the wording makes me think she's not getting shit, which is expected.

July 2024 - Zinus Mattress Update

We write to update you on the status of the Zinus Master Settlement Agreement. We appreciate your continued patience and understand this has been a lengthy process.

Since the initial agreement in principle on resolution, our legal team have conducted dozens of meetings with defense counsel to finalize the terms of the settlement agreement. Many issues have been hotly contested, and we have worked diligently to secure the best possible settlement agreement for your claim. It remains our goal to get every dollar we can to compensate you for your injuries.

Very recently we reached an agreement with defense counsel on the settlement agreement language. Counsel for Zinus must now obtain final approval from numerous insurance companies in order to finalize and fund the settlement agreement. This is likely to take additional time, but our team will continue to work to finalize the settlement agreement as soon as possible.

Finally here she is talking about muh fibro. But there's a twist! She actually doesn't think she has fibro and that fibro is given to patients to shut them up. She believes she has "ADHD hyper mobility".

If you've had a disease that no one has been able to diagnose, how men--

So I'm glad she asked this question because here's the reality. In 2008, during the high stress working for, Wachovia as a bank teller and constantly being yelled at and screamed at and people threatening all manner of things because their life was crashing and burning as the housing housing market was crashing and burning. My body couldn't handle the stress anymore. Straight couldn't handle it. And one day I was at work, the worst pains started to come over me in my legs, in my back.

I was like, maybe I just overdid it this weekend. And as the day progressed and the stress progressed, I end up going to my manager was like, hey "I don't think I can drive like this, but can you take me to the hospital?" And she's like, "company policy, I can't drive you to the hospital, but I can call an ambulance for you." And I was like, she's like, "because you've said something I have to", and I'm like, So she calls the ambulance.

I denied them taking me to the hospital because I'm not paying that bill. And I had the guy I was dating at the time come pick me up and take me to the emergency room. 3 months into it, testing, neurological testing, seeing so many doctors, the doctor, my primary care doctor at that point, was like, I can't find anything wrong with you. And at that point, I had already started searching on my own because I was getting no answers. And I was like, the only thing back in 2008 that even remotely fit was fibromyalgia.

And now I'm coming to find out fibromyalgia is also widely over over diagnosed. And a lot of times, that is just what they slap on top of you as a diagnosis so they don't have to keep looking for the real answer. I'm still looking for the real answer because I don't believe it's just fibromyalgia. Too many too many issues to just be fibromyalgia. I've had 2 doctors since then say, yes, it's fibromyalgia, And I'm not satisfied with it just being fibromyalgia because there's just nothing there.

There's nothing to help treat me. There are no medications. The few medications that they say treat us for fibromyalgia, ruin our lives. They make us zombies, like with gabapentin, aka neur neurotin, or completely put you at risk for dementia. Let's see...

Did Cymbalta. Cymbalta, I gained so much weight and then came off a bit, lost weight, and the doctor saw fit to stick me back on it despite me giving concerns about being on Cymbalta. And, yeah, I gained another 40 pounds. Hence, where I'm at right now trying to relose that weight. Never got out of pain, pain every single day of my life.

It never ends. It never ends. And the symptoms bleed into my ADHD symptoms, which I am very ADHD. So from what I'm understanding from here on TikTok, a lot of times, if you have ADHD, you're also hypermobile, which come I am. I'm hypermobile.

Especially in my hips. Went to physical therapy, and my my physical therapist was like, holy cow, your hips are hypermobile. I'm like, yeah. So I'm thinking that it's ADHD hypermobility, but I can't afford the testing to prove it's that because Medicare doesn't pay for genetic testing. So here I am sitting with a fibromyalgia diagnosis when it could be hypermobility, probably is hypermobility, could be a little bit of fibromyalgia too.

But I think fibromyalgia is a crapshoot that they give us all because they don't wanna look for more answers and they don't care to look for more answers. They're dissatisfied to give us something, a label, slap on top of us to make us go away. And that's my opinion on

Lena Dunham just recently started squawking about hypermobile EDS so this is suspiciously timely. Pissa even kinda of looks like her.

Ol' fatso here... does she ever do anything besides sit around fatly complaining about how everyone and everything has always done her wrong?
She's in constant pain because she's a lazy-ass whiner who eats like a feral pregnant sow.
But I'm not a doctor... so what do I know?

Just FYI, a Total Hysterectomy is just cervix and uterus removal. Polissa will have had a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (both Fallopian tubes and ovaries removed) aka TH&BSO. 😉
I was wondering that - can you still have PCOS with no ovaries? If not, she can only be taking metformin for diabetes.

Looks like Polissa can join Anna’s EDS munchie arc in this “ADHD Hypermobility” journey. Two lazy sods blaming everything except their own food-shoveling hands and slothful lifestyles for being obese and more deconditioned than a paraplegic 80 year old Covid patient. Anna has the money to really invest in being a munchie while Polissa does not, so I’m excited to see how their paths diverge.
