Holy shit, THAT'S what troon pain looks like? I had no idea... this must be what they feel on a daily basis. What a nightmare :( I fucking feel awful for the terrible things I think and say about trans people now. We've been wrong this whole time. They're not horny pedophiles that get off on forcing others to cater to their fucked up desires and mindsets after all! They're real people with real feelings that MATTER.

He fucking nailed it. Incredibly moving and the genuine emotion is off the charts. I think we all owe this guy (and the others) an apology, ASAP.

LGBTs will constantly makes jokes about her sucking dick and tell others that she is gay. Some claim she just has internalized homophobia because she says she doesn't like men. hope this isnt rulebreaking in anyway. just looking for anyone that has the same experience

im pre-t but pass very well. im in college, nobody (including professors) suspects that im trans. i have some natural male secondary sex characteristics and incidentally my feminine/andro voice might actually be helping me pass, since most people assume that i must be cis if i still have male features with a higher voice. lots of cis women have joked to me about getting my T levels checked (ouch, but fair).

that being said, i have this weird problem where specifically queer people just don't believe me when i say im not interested in men. im only into women and otherwise feminine presenting individuals, and no matter how many times i put my foot down about it my queer friends keep calling me gay and joke about me screwing men. its the weirdest shit ever. straight people take me at my word and respect it, but queer people refuse to. i even quietly came out to two trans-masc nonbinary folk that were some of the worst offenders, and they told me they thought i was cis but never thought i was straight. i came out just to get them to understand why this is a harmful thing to perpetuate, and they stopped telling people im actually gay but refuse to stop joking about being me gay and sucking dick "for fun". its the most uncomfortable thing ever and i dont know what to tell them. im not really close with them anyway, but i hate that this happens at all. what can i do to stop people from assuming this/perpetuating this even after i tell them to stop?

i wish binary trans guys that aren't attracted to men were taken seriously. folks act like we're imposing it on ourselves through internalized homophobia or something. no man, i just dont like dudes.

absolutely no shade to trans men or trans mascs that do like men, however. rock on bro.

He seems to not realize that anyone, not just women, won't just randomly talk about their private business to any stranger just because they wear make up and skirts. I truly think this dumb fuck doesn't understand that if you want to be part of any 'inside conversation' you first need to become a person's trusted friend, which starts with not making people uncomfortable on sight, and some basic social skills.

OP has posted the same thing in multiple different trans subs but they aren’t getting the answers they want. They are upset that no one wants to preform top surgery on someone who apparently needs to lose 120lbs to get to a BMI of 45.

I hate that I can't make my own medical decisions, even while accepting that death is a potential risk

I've decided to cancel my top surgery consult to not waste money being told I'll have to lose weight. I've seen trans men go to consults, be approved for surgery then days before they were supposed to get surgery, be told that the anesthesiologist did not want to put them under and they were all much smaller in size than I.

I wish I could just agree to the risks of surgery (including death) and just go for it. I don't have family that can sue. The state can bury me, burn me, etc as long as I'm male on my death certificate. I'll never realistically lose the weight to get top surgery, no less phallo or a hysto.

Honestly can’t help but feel a bit bad for them based on their other posts. Seems like someone who was pulled into the transgender community while at their most vulnerable and is trapped in a horrible depressive spiral (and has been for awhile). :(
