Do any lawbros know why he got a continuance? I was under the impression you needed to have a bond hearing the next time court was available, so “lol we forgot to put him on the paddy wagon” or “he missed due to withdrawals” seems extremely far-fetched.

Does this mean his family got him a lawyer over the holiday weekend and they asked for a continuance to review the case? Or could it just be weird procedural shit?

Like if I’m Mr. Stienburger and I get into my office at 7, have court at 830 and see a request to represent a guy who has 9 years into a 10 year probation with 5 years suspended who was arrested for DV and possession of crack, I’m going to want to take a second.

Sadly, this seems to be how this court functions. They can't keep a schedule, process people properly, or even post updates in an accurate or timely fashion.

I want to remind everyone that Chris Chan was arrested in 2021.

We didn't get the info on his arrest until 2023.

Don't hold your breath, they will not tolerate internet retards calling in.

I speculate they may even fuck with Austin more, based on the attention the jail is recieving.

From what I understand, the judge had to be removed due to conflict of interest because BMJ fucked his mom. Then the replacement had to be replaced because he ruled Bossman released on $5M juice with the stipulation that he only play $500 Starlight featches. BMJ had also fucked his mom, apparently.
