Hopefully whomever does rent it plays on repeat patriotic Trump music mon-sat and hymnals on Sunday. One should be able to be loud enough to go through the walls but not loud enough for MPD to care because it doesn't violate the noise ordinances. Bonus if they hold a 'movie night' in the back yard and watch porclin youtube docs once they are done watching pro-Trump videos.

Upside for funsters could be a new Patposter based on being his tenant.

It's an old advert and hasn't changed for 18months.

Fatty currently lives in 2613 while renting out 2611 on airbnb.
Likely because he didn't do the improvements to 2613 that were needed after the last tenant moved out before Covid. (something to do with electrics)

As such Nikki, registered the PBG business office to 2613. Then using PPP money, they bought new furniture and moved into 2613 to allow 2611 to be rented/airbnb'd with their old stuff.

They do not have the capital/equity to move out. They still need a place to live, fatty still needs to clean up after airbnb guests. They have $80k of debt to whoever paid off fatty's stupidity.
