The 40K Orks have been already changed from what they once were. But GW isn't going to change the lore that drastically. HOWEVER they already have a kid friendly version of 40K (as insane as it sounds). So they might do harmless Orks for their kids section but not californian coffee shop Orks. Femstodes didn't happen and neither will Soyrks.

Also Gatekeeping is fucking bullshit. The company decides if and what they change & include. Games Workshop made a kid friendly version because they wanted to go mainstream. There will also be an Amazon show with Henry Cavill. Gatekeeping could perhaps work if it's a niche hobby but not for Warhammer Fantasy/Warhammer 40K. Hell, the woke infestation is already there in the form of 40K novels.

Boomer Grummz doesn't seem to be aware of how big Warhammer has become. It's not the 80s anymore.

A kid friendly version of the orks would just be dumb, muscly brutes that love war. Which isn’t that far away from how orks have always been depicted.

"Kenji" may be a larper, doesn't make Nobunaga's pet nigger any more of a samurai, of which he is not. If anything muddling history with modern day politics just so you can make someone who had no impact on Japanese history to have more of an impact simply because he's "the right skin color" is even more racist.

Like a typical grifter he can't be bothered to spend 10 seconds looking this up on google. A "cast member" at a disney park is just their generic term for employee. Same as a retail chain referring to employees as "Associates" or whatever the fuck. It does not mean specifically walking around in a fursuit or dressed as some disney character to pose with kids for pictures. Ride operators, janitors, etc. are all "cast members".
