I was just quoting what he said on his own stream so the thread actually had some content over endless pages of speculation and derailment. By “it checks out” I meant the condition exists in response to what you said about heat allergies which just wasn’t accurate.

Just because you think it’s made-up doesn’t mean it is. A skin reaction to a temperature change is pretty common, even people without any sort of real allergy can have it randomly here and there. It’s not some Munchie thing as again it’s pretty mild, can go away with age, and unremarkable. Really curious what your sources are for this stuff because you often state things as factual but when I look into it, it comes up as bullshit. They test for this allergy by exposing people to heat/sweat and taking pictures of the resulting hives—that is not relying on self-reporting from patients. It’s an issue with the skins mucous membranes. Which sounds like a “real cause” to me. I got this all from published studies that again had pictures after they provoked the reaction, and am now comfortable stating you don't know what you’re talking about more often than not.

What is actually interesting is the marks caused by Cholinergic Urticaria do not cause the type of darkened marks Nick has on his arms, people with the condition were calling bullshit on Nick which Kino Casino mentioned too.
 
August 21st can’t come quickly enough. This thread is going to be an absolute crime scene if people are already going to start dissecting and debating every rumor posted on YouTube comments. Before the rumour of April having a Demon Baby emerged, I was thinking the supposed bad news came with criminal charges attached and thought the only way Kino Casino could possibly know about this was if Sean or Legal Dicksucker had told them.

I know that as part of his release he does not have to submit to drug testing or any sort of treatment program.
Does this mean he is free to drink alcohol if he wishes? What is the likelihood that he is still hitting the bottle?

Has he been claiming that he is staying sober or is it something that he avoids talking about?

he's under no court mandated order to stay sober since he posted the full bail amount and was released unconditionally. he has been claiming to be sober the whole time, but there is much speculation as to how true that is. some will claim with confidence that he's been drinking, at least, but the evidence overall (in my opinion) is pretty thin, and i don't think there's a way to conclusively decide how sober or not he is based on the publicly available evidence.

Thanks. It wasn't clear to me whether or not he was supposed to stay sober or not even if he was not submitting to drug testing.
So it seems to be that he is free to drink alcohol if he wishes, however, he is at the very least claiming that he is not drinking alcohol.

I would say that .. If he were to be drinking again it's likely it would become obvious relatively quickly.
Alcoholics are not typically as sneaky as they believe they are.
And when they relapse, as long as it's not a "one off", things tend to ramp up pretty quickly.

I think probably the first sign of this being a thing would be like before where he was taking stream days off for "being sick" or something like that.

So time will tell I guess, which isn't really a unique observation but whatever.
