I'm not sure, I haven't followed much last I know but I think Nick still has his probably because he's not sober enough to understand the danger he's in. Jersh wanted Juju the cow to take it from nick, and it looks like Juju been egging the curse on which may have resulted in the events with Riley and Eric July.

Josh getting tired of it and shutting it down, other than that he will continue putting it back up every time its taken down. Forums are funny like that
