So those filings seem to just be notice that they entered the case and want to make sure serving addresses are in place? I thought the city (the cops) already had lawyers unless these are new ones. I haven't followed his case much since it's not really moving, I've been obviously more interested in Rekieta and Greer
ETA: the super secret message could be anything but my assumption is, if this is common practice for open and shut cases IANAL, that they're giving notice to the judge and all parties (FFWBT) that their opening card is qualified immunity so they should prepare for the obvious move to have this case dismissed and settled and are asking the court to consider it before actually getting into arguments or appearances.

I disagree that they are there because of Habitat.org.
They appear to both be African-American, so logically they are looking for the secret entrance to Fatrick’s pepperoni production area and dungeon in a vain attempt to rescue their children.
The whole area probably knows when Fat is lumbering fatly towards whatever shithole bar he drowns his misery at, so these guys likely just routinely go there to see what they can find.
Perhaps they now thought that as Fatrick is so bafflingly protective of these chairs, that they cover a carefully hidden trapdoor?

He did the same fat false flags when he was suing the second, better forums. Death threats on voicemail that sounded retarded and suspiciously like his voice, the fake vandal on video that he gave to Josiah, youwillneverfindme1488. And then the swats started when quasi came to collect, frantically followed by the media tour and hiring a publicist. Fake bomb threats that aren’t documented by law enforcement. Torswats foreshadowing the MPD lawsuit, the swats ending with his arrest besides that one straggler afterwards that fat thought would put all suspicion of him to bed. And now the lawsuit drops and 1.7 thinks stolen scrap wood and spilled paint are enough to keep sympathy and public interest and “I’m so sorries”.
I also find it interesting that after his lawyers encouraged him to change his number the texts stopped, but now the chair/paint/craigslist saga ramps up because other than Twitter taunting, he has jackshit to point to when telling people he’s being hunted for his life by domestic terrorists.
If it wasn’t so funny it’d be sad, he’s genuinely retarded and thinks everyone else operates on a 1.7 level like him so he can’t see how transparent it all is.
