On the topic of the /r/mde sub I was always amazed at how Reddit let it stay up for so long considering how fucking gay the moderation is. The last two years or so it existed it was basically just a reddit version of /pol/. The only thing that got removed was outright illegal stuff. I remember it getting so out of control near the end even Sam heavily considered implementing a no politics rule. Such a fun time. There will never be a place like that on reddit ever again. The moderation is so strict now that's never coming back.

I am pretty damn sure. There was a stickied thread near the end where Sam was like "This place has gone to shit what should we do?" one of the top suggestions in the thread was a no politics rule and he replied considering it. Heavily considered was an exaggeration on my part he basically just said maybe. Nothing ever came from it though.

MDE been gone through so much different stuff, like reddit sub, some YouTube channels, even weird to think mde/Sam was part of the whole gamer gate/parkourdude91 stuff.
 
Nick said on his stream with Charls yesterday that WP2 is completely finished and will release this year at some point, but they've got a couple networks looking at it who may want to pick it up.
 
I still dig his content but I think stand up comedy is mostly gay. Really just want PGL and streams. He's clearly trying to capitalize on recent success and connect with comedians who may help him out down the road which is smart but I'm just not interested in stand up. His opinions still generally align with my own and he still makes me laugh.

I lack the perspective, as it is I don't mind the Stacy's input - it's good to hear someone attractive and have someone in Mike who's not thrown off by a wamen's energy UNLIKE A CERTAIN SAM
the undercurrent of trying to make your gf laugh is a good energy
