Am I late or this Pat's first public statement his chairs were returned? Also, new Craigslist false flag. I think he's stupid enough to be doing this all himself and gearing up to present it as evidence in another lawsuit.

I'm assuming "nearly got our backyard grill stolen today" translates to "some nice person came and knocked on the door and asked if the grill was still available" in Reality-speak.

So is this the actual grill on his deck? Is this a picture taken from Pat’s twitter or something?

If not, this would mean the person that posted this ad would’ve had to come to his house, come onto his back patio, and snap pictures of it in broad daylight. Wouldn’t his security cameras have captured this activity? Or Pat himself as he never leaves the house?

The half marathon mention makes me think this is a real fake ad. I don't think Pat would pull on references to old shit like that especially since it's out of place and would only be for the people who follow his antics. It's highly unlikely he's evolving and making believable references because they'd be at his expense. Look at the paint can, "you're toast" is as benign as "gay virgin Fatrick". He would never call himself a fat faggot with bitch tits and he wouldn't reference pepperoni or his various boasts and claims as a subtle joke.
