Ok big trials like Rittenhouse and Depp don't come along everyday, but Nick had a good formula down. He was never a very good lawyer, but before he became a mumbling incoherent ranting alcoholic he was a decent host.
He knew how to get good guests, lawyers who were much better at knowledge of the technical aspects of the trials than Nick, but Nick was a good host, he could keep them on track, he knew what the viewer and the laymen would likely need explaining, and how to put the right questions and keep the show on track.

He had it fucking made.
And for a guy like Nick who obviously didn't like real work, it was perfect, he got to stay at home and work from his studio the Balldo Dungeon, all he had to do was keep his shit together.

That 1.3 million if he had invested it properly, put it in property or whatever, it could have made sure he never had to work again, or at least pick what he was interested in.

But what Nick was interested in was his animal lusts and base vices.
He's a fucking Untermenschen, a slave to his lowest urges.

He pissed it all away.
And now he's not gonna be remembered as the "Law Pope" or the guy that made online legal streaming mainstream.

He's Lord Balldo.

Yes, I recall your theory. It is still Kayla's account though. If what you say is true then Kayla has deferred to Nick's cope. This means that Kayla has adopted the cope, and so, it becomes Kayla's cope as well. There is no escaping responsibility for Kayla's role in this.

I can't quote @Procrastinhater's post but you're very much on point. Rackets was constantly talking during Rittenhouse about how he'd created this new way of looking at trials. And it was pretty fun, even the small ones like Theodore Edgecome were at worst good background noise. (I think Minnesota should bring Judge Borowski in for Rekieta 's trial).

At the time Depp was taking off, I thought it was odd that he kept insisting he was going to keep the night show around when it was clear he'd found an audience during the day. His excuse was that he wanted to reward the community that'd stayed with him when he was smaller. You know, the same audience of weebs, conservatives, and trad Christians he'd tell to get lost just a few months later. But it makes sense now seeing it was an excuse to spend less time around his family and drink more.

There's really no going back for that audience now, Emily Baker vacuumed up most of the trial watchers and Sean is on his way to becoming the new LawPope.

Speaking as someone in that former audience, are there any other decent YouTubers or streamers who do that? I've never really watched Sean - nothing against him - but I don't think I'd watch Emily for any protracted amount of time.

Yes, obviously Kayla allowed him to write and post that on her account. I think she defers to Nick on most matters, but any matter that involves his “online persona” and their general public relations on SM. I think she’s very susceptible to Nick telling her how to think and he makes her feel dumb or calls her a “passive aggressive bitch” when she doesn’t go along with his pov.

It was also a bold faced lie so she probably felt much better letting Nick write and post it for her. (They were absolutely swinging and having other sex partners when that was posted. It was never non-sexual !fun! among other adults. It’s incredible he tried to sell that BS with a straight face and got angry when it was not accepted by all.)

Kayla is not “every woman” and there are always outliers but as a woman, who knows many other women, I’ve never heard one refer or think about their body in those terms. It strikes me as a very male perspective on the female body.

“Boobs, guns and muscle cars!” might equate in certain male minds, but not usually female ones.
