EVS sounds like a lunatic.
He is.

He was always a bit of a egotistical maniac but, as @WhimsicalTrolli just pointed out, Eric July's success utterly destroyed him. He's no longer the top guy in independent comics, and he can't stand it. Losing Nick means losing another ally in EVS's war against July. He thinks that 6 hour rant session against July that Nick did was some great thing. It wasn't.

If EVS could figure out some way to pin Nick's arrest on Eric July, he would.

In terms of the Anna thing, it sounds about right. Andrew/Legal Mindset was hyping up how Aaron should STFU because a MASSIVE report was being made about Aaron except who the fuck would he know who was making a credible report? I guess he can specify who it was if he wants to, but unless one of Nick, Kayla, or April is making the report, he's reporting bullshit as a big deal.
Yeah, that last sentence is the most important point here IMO. Anna might be trying to do some stupid bullshit but, whatever she's doing, I doubt she can do anything that would get Nick and Kayla out of trouble. The search warrant relies on combination of testimony by staff at the church, and Nick's own livestreams. The arrest stems from the shit seized at the house.

Anna has an IQ of a turnip. She literally eats dirt. She's not gonna save Nick's ass here.

I therefore have to ask: If what Ralph is reporting is true, why should I even care?

If it's true and April is cleaning out the accounts, then the only way Aaron could possibly get the money back is if he did remove her from the account
Many banks and credit unions do not allow someone to remove another signer from a personal account because of this exact scenario. If their account is a joint account, they both have the right to do whatever with that account including changing addresses and updating billing info. They usually can't unilaterally remove someone if they can do it at all.

If any of this is true, Aaron should have opened a new personal checking account under his sole name and moved atleast half the money into it before filing for divorce. He is a retard if he did not do that.

If Aaron hasn't been aware of April's spending this whole time, she might have used their money to buy cocaine which could help Nick's charges get dropped if he can claim all the drugs were April and Aaron's

Can confirm. Aaron could have just made another bank account with that bank or go to a different one. He should have done that the moment he left Camp Balldo.

In case of account owners, you're right on the money. I know certain banks used to, but it caused more trouble than it was worth to the financial institutions and the ones who still technically allow it require you to completely close the account as part of the process (if they even allow that option). Of course, if a joint account owner dies, they don't force you to close it, but that's not applicable here.

Additional cardholders and authorized users (some banks use different terms, but similar concept) are more flexible because they don't have the same privileges to alter account information and aren't technically legally liable for the account. They're simply someone who can carry a card to the account with their name on it without owning the account. These are more common with credit card accounts and particularly certain business credit cards (where the account is "owned" by the company and then trusted individuals can charge to the account).

Which reminds me, there's also that distinction of credit accounts versus checking/savings accounts. I'm somewhat assuming this was a credit account because Aaron referenced that the credit cards found in Rekieta's crackhouse were attached to "his account." Okay, I'm starting to sperg about bank account privileges and need to stop myself here.

What's the status on a Balldo stream? I am assuming someone he trusts has told him not to, and thank God tbh. I think all of us agree him streaming would humiliate KF, Aaron, his county, the church and the judge. I like it this way, where we can talk shit about him and he just takes it.

Lol, I had to stop myself from going further with bankfag stuff.

If it is pure credit card debt that she is running up then good news Aaron. They are both responsible for the debt rather than him getting cleaned out of hard cash.

In a divorce, he might be able to foist the debt onto her, but I'm not a lawfag; I've only heard of people doing this.

We did it boys

Also let me tell you what happens to those kids who are forced to grow up and take on adult responsibilities. They spend parts of their life chasing that freedom, responsibility free feeling they never had. They deal with constant inadequacy, guilt and shame because of course you would when you as a child were forced to do adult things. You know what all this shit leads to?? People looking for ways to cope, they start drinking, using drugs, they never want to have kids of their own, they never want to marry.

I agree and disagree with you.
I had an extremely difficult childhood where I was forced to do more adult things than any child should have. I was doing my own laundry by 6, and by 11 when I wasn’t at school I was working a near full time job going all over town stocking sunglasses at pharmacies and grocery stores as a vendor(very illegal but no one said a thing). When I wasn’t doing that, I was taking care of my physically disabled dementia ridden great grandmother. By myself. I was doing the work they a trained CNA is supposed to do without training when I was 11 because the adults were too busy being drugged up and irresponsible, and we were too poor to afford anything else.
With all of that, I never had any of the guilt, shame, or inadequacy that you are saying, I’ve never been drunk in my life, never done drugs, and I absolutely want kids of my own and a family.

But on the flipped side, I’d never want anyone else to go through that. I absolutely find disgust in how Nick’s kids were treated and neglected.

That’s something I don’t get. So many people bitch and complain about kids these days being “soft.” But we’re supposed to want the next generation to have a better life. I have never understood why people seem so bent out of shape when kids have a better life than they did. I’ve always considered that to be a reason to celebrate, I went through hell, so now I can take joy in seeing kids who aren’t going through hell. I also know first hand that most kids would never be able to survive what I went through, and I don’t think being 16 instantly qualifies you to take care of 4 siblings

Oh shit, don't know why that didn't occur to me. I'll limit my reply to "this is completely correct" and laugh at them both.

You know, in hindsight, the man who runs an internet forum specifically tailored towards, at least in part, watching people self destruct and ruin their lives telling you "pull up" should have been a warning.

I wonder how long until that occurs to Nick.

After the children are taken away for real?
After the divorce?
After the divorce rape, wherein she's basically given his trust fund and then some via alimony, leaving him a damn dirty poor?
His first day on whatever real job he'll have to get to pay Kayla for the privilege of her leaving him? (It won't be legal work, he has no real experience doing it, has ruined his reputation not only locally, not only nationally, but internationally, plus every judge, cop, and prosecutor in his region hates his guts. Also, remember, he'll be a felon, so his job prospects will be shit.)
His first night alone in some dingy 1 bedroom apartment?
When he hears that she got the kids back -- and no, she won't let him see them.
The first big fat child support check he has to cut her so she can add that to his trust fund?
His first night in prison?
The first dirty cock he has to suck for another hit of cocaine?

Aaron’s ex wife is secretly loving that April is ruining his life.

And I wouldn’t blame her one bit.
It's worth questioning the quality of his ex, considering he had their kids around swingers and drugs and she hasn't taken him to court for full custordy. If I found out my partner had knowingly invited that caliber of person to be around our child, they'd be done.

Not an effort at noseguarding, but just an observation: the two boys have always been really skinny, as was Nick as a kid.

Potentially Criminal is awesome; he's excluded.

I don't really consider him part of lawtube anyway. He's way better then those grifters.

Sean definitely has principles, he thinks for himself, and he supposedly tried to tell Nick he was going off the rails.

I hope Sean delivers everyone presents later this year. I just hope he didn't eat the reindeer.
AFAIK, he ditched Drunkieta after he chewed out Sean over that joke.

Not up to date on all my balldo lore but if Sean dropped him after that, he's definitely based.
