I could be wrong, but to me at least it did seem like everything was hitting him like a pile of bricks. Sometimes one sentence is all you need to put things into a different light. I agree he was masturbating to his humiliation though, wanting people to see him self-flagellate. Agree on the last bit, his hands are bloodied and he needs to stop shaking them and getting blood everywhere or just off himself.

He's probably been lonely his entire life and thought he was finally friends with the cool kid, only to learn that Nick (a) excluded him from some DM group; and (b) is a shitbag.

Probably in part explains both his initial emotional/irrational defense of Nick and his breakdown over the realization that it wasn't 'real' to Nick.

Nicholas was reported to being lethargic and appeared high or drugged driving a car around. Another individual advised the reported that Nicholas will walk out randomly during sermons at church and have noticed behavioral changes in him. lt was alleged Kayla looks anorexic and Nicholas has lost a substantial amount of weight recently. One individual described Nicholas of having injection or track marks on his arms. The reporter reiterated concerns for possible neglect and/or controlled substance use within the home.
