I just realized something.

There's an entirely real possibility that the very part of the pillstream where he's obscenely insulting the judge trying his case will be played in front of a jury and that very same judge.

Great jerb Nick! Real awesome planning.

Just fucking BRILLIANT!
Couldn't he be brought up for contempt for that?

It gets better. This doesn't come from conversations with Nick to the Pastor. It comes from 4 other people, such as the pre-school teacher, bringing her concerns to the Pastor in his role as manager/principal of the school. There's no privilege in any of this. There are no first amendment issues. There aren't even Mandatory Reporter issues because this came from the teachers.
That's right, it's such an overwhelming combination of circumstances there is no probable cause or procedural argument against the search warrant whatsoever. I'm surprised he never got a DUI but may have been smart enough to avoid something that basic, which ironically made the initial problem infinitely worse.

"Less than 10% of mandatory reports are credible." Sure, and 40% of statistics are made up.
Even if it were true: They went in, they fucking found the coke.

It was credible this time, and the courts don't believe his statistic.

Now that we know Aaron's statements admitting to doing coke with Rekieta are known to be part of the record, who thinks the cops are going to charge him- or at least try to get him to turn evidence in exchange for not being charged?

What are the chances that April got off by throwing BOTH the Rekietas AND Arron under the bus?

To be fair, what would Vic even offer? I imagine that Nick and crew probably acted like snakes but this far worse shit to this story.

We might get some behind the scenes shit about the lawsuit with Nick, he did do the crowd funding and hooked Vick up with that fat fuck Ty Beard who lost his case. So there is that.

For Barnes it's lolbert branding. Literally. He wants to take this on and make a HUGE constitutional case on it, bigger the better. If he can get it in front of SCOTUS, he'd come in his pants.
I actually care about the Constitution and would prefer a case involving Jeffrey Dahmer or Hitler than anything involving Nick.

Because anyone looking at this case, and thinking about the Constitution, is going to think maybe we really should just throw it on the ground like Nick did that search warrant about his starving, filthy kids being drunkenly driven to school like something out of a fucking Dickens novel.

"May I have some Spaghetti-Os sir?"

for those that asked, here is your self abusing house elf

If I were a member of the jury and this argument was used on me, I would probably lean closer to the death penalty, even if it isn't on the table.
Death penalty for the lawyer, his client or both?

Please let this trial be televised. It would be the perfect capstone to his fall.

Chances are high.

No fucking joke. He thought this was a "big own" xit? I mean, yes, it's irritating when people get basic things wrong and it takes on life through repetition, but this one is just so minor and essentially irrelevant for the warrant or any future proceeding.

Big bad internet lawyers going to run around tearing into some 22 yo church preschool teacher worried about children in her school? And the sweet old lady who bakes the communion bread who made an extra loaf for the unaccountably hungry richest kids in the neighborhood?

The level of discussion about this is so bottom of the barrel today. The affidavit relates exactly everything predictable and expected. Literally zero surprise (except that the detective was familiar with Aaron's show). Did people think the cops wouldn't even poke around? Or that people hadn't noticed? That they just went in with no basis for it? God.

How the fuck is this 50 year old chucky looking dude Uncivil Law this fucking autistic that he doesn't understand drug use? How are you so sheltered you haven't experienced drug use?

Also, to not to feel empathy for the innocense of a child being abused...this guy is extremely disturbed. This guy lacks any humanity and is just an autistic lawyer and has ammased a fanbase just by commentating and analyzing the rule of law. I almost feel bad, he has been so sheltered and must have been devoid of any relationships his whole life to be this bias to some guy who could care less about him.

Yeah, you guys are right. The kids should've just kept their heads down and taken care of themselves while all the degeneracy was going on. You guys were awesome as kids and raised yourselves so obviously these kids should've just done the same and they're in the wrong they couldn't manage.

Idiots.

After reading about all the things this waste of life did to his children I dedicate this song to him. I still don't wish Nick to off himself. I also still wish he would fucking come clean from everything for the sake of his children. I just personally don't see that ever happening.

Tragedy goes away
Hate filled rage
Takes the stage

But you're neutered in the night
Blinded by the bine
Irony and spine
Sarcastic delight
Live to die on stage
Driven by the rage
Hating your own face
Comedic disgrace

Hatredy
Hatredy

Stand before the jury
Die in flames of fury
Comedy is death
Hatredy

Step into the spotlight
Laughter is a death-right
Crash and burn in horror

Make them squirm
Want to leave
After they buy their drinks

I hate this audience
Regardless of applaudience
Like to take you away
Burn in piles of hate

I hate the talent here
So dull and so full of fear
I'll beat you all to the punch
With an axe and a hack to the guts
I'll take the microphone stand
Run it through your neck, cut off both your hands
Is this thing even fucking on?
Are you fucking deaf or just too scared to run?
"Please take my wife! Please take my wife!"
Then I'll take your life, then I'll fuck your wife
Just a fucking joke; no, it's kinda not
There's a little truth in every single shot

Fueled by hate
Await your fate
Your time has come
To DIE on stage

It's funny
Because it's not
It's funny
Because it's not
It's funny
Because it's not
It's funny
Because it's not
Because it's not
Because it's not

Fueled by hate
Await your fate
Your time has come
To DIE on stage

Fueled by hate
Fueled by hate
Your time has come
To DIE on stage
DIE
DIE
DIE

Its almost certain that after April moved in with them, any remaining sanity or restraint went out the window. It was still bad enough before that Aaron should have done something, but by the streaming content after April moved in everything went totally off the cliff. That isn't to blame her. Its more than when you have three people in the house using you make the full transition to drug den.
I feel like April was the catalyst to go to new levels of degeneracy, having her move in and being able to give in to his Peter Pan Syndrome had him eliminating all limits. Nick is proving he’s a lolcow by doubling down instead of giving rehab a try and seeing if he feels the same way when he’s clean. The prosecutors are way more likely to make a deal if Nick and Kayla are being proactive in getting clean.

I think the feds will make a deal with Aaron to fully cooperate, turn over any evidence, and testify against Nick and Kayla. In exchange, no charges against him.
