To be fair, it wasn't written until the 22nd Amendment that you couldn't go for your third or even fourth term in the case of that filth. I did show a photo of him from HIgh School that showed that he wasn't always fat. However in this photo he's actually done something with his hair. Before it was curly and all over the place. Pretty sure though that the moment he could drink legally he drank as much as he could which led to his weight gain.
