To be fair, the gun charge is fucking bullshit and its pretty clearly Unconstitutional, "Shall Not Be Infringed" is fucking clear, its not "Shall Not Be Infringed" unless you commit a crime.

Damn. Took me all day to catch up, and that's by way of Next Highlight. I don't suppose there's any way to keep hot threads from exploding, but this thread is some hard going. Let me add to it.

I watched a lot of Nick's streams in the Vic Mignogna era (I stopped when it went to trial and he was wrong about everything). That's, what? Five years ago? I was absolutely shocked at his appearance in the horrorstream. He looked 20 years older and terminally ill.

The whole time I've chased this thread I've debated asking: did we archive that stream? I've only seen clips and I'm not sure I could bear to watch the whole thing, but I feel like the stream it's a thing Kiwi Farms should have in the vault.

I do think Metokur did a great job last night though on being pretty accurate and covering a lot of what has happened so far to a large audience, so that helped

He's quite plausibly engaged in swinging, exhibitionism, and other forms of degenerate behavior.

Nick is a demon, plain and simple. The person who others looked up to, who Nick purported to be, was a mask. It was never the real Nick. He wore that mask to deceive you, to trick you into thinking he was something that he never was. That mask has been slipping for a long time, and whenever it stops serving his purpose, he takes it off, revealing what he really is. Jesus, he's a semi-professional lawyer, a vocation that is expected to say things that they don't believe.

If you're still defending him, then you're either willfully ignorant or invested in your own bad faith arguments.

That's why I'm more critical of the LolTube fags who know damn well Nick is a fuckup and are still noseguarding his reprehensible behavior. They have no excuse.

In general, I approve of skepticism about the claims of cops and, even more, prosecutors.
