Wouldn’t that be WAY more serious than just a misdemeanor though? On the documents the charges relating to child abuse are listed as misdemeanors, and the drug stuff as felonies.

I go out and do stuff for awhile, and the thread jumps many, many more pages again. Fuck me. I normally read everything in this thread when I get behind some, but this is happening so much now with many more pages than usual, and I really hate to have to resort to this, but until things finally slow back down, I'm going to start using the highlights feature if I have to leave the house for awhile before reading again. Even a second thread for the lawsuit cannot slow this down it seems.

This is just nuts. Nick, you are too incompetent to do basic things, much less do them sober, yet you manage to get yourself into the absolute worst shit that even dumb people manage to avoid. Plus what's hilarious is that you think you're special. Jim gets it. When somebody abuses children, if you have a soul, it will make you furious - I was very much so when we got paper evidence that he was.

Also yeah, so many in his so-called friends circle, and people on Xitter and YouTube are either completely misinformed or have their priorities mixed up, as they don't seem to be pinning the responsibility on him for his own kids. You know what? I just don't care. The very root of the information these people grift to their audience comes from right here anyway, so if you're here, and you know, that's enough. Their view is irrelevant imo, we have the legal reports, we saw the hearing - that's the information that ultimately matters at this point, and when we (hopefully) get the body cam footage, it'll be completely over - I fully expect your run of the mill meth house with absolutely horrid living conditions, and while nobody here will be surprised, we'll get the proof we need, and all these people on Xitter/YouTube will run whatever narrative they want, and again, I just don't care what they say anymore. I only care about the information that comes out via the official means that can be verified (police report, incident report, hearing, body cam footage, etc).

Also fuck you Nick for making my WIP movie completely outdated. You are scum for doing that and I wish you a million arm spots.

Yup. The kids need a lot of therapy. The living conditions didn't change overnight and I am certain that Nick and Kayla, like all addicts, think their kids never noticed.

Those kids now have a normal where mom and dad are fucked up all the time. They didn't even really get the daily release of going to public school everyday.

I loath to say this but statistically, these kids are facing a lifetime of addiction and other problematic behavior.

Odds are it's just a fuck up by a cop who has better things to be doing than dealing with racket's bullshit, which is common enough when you have slightly different overlapping legislation. The DA will probably resolve it, but I guess we'll see.

Every single one I have ever seen, appointed by the courts, went “huh, sounds like you’re sad. It’s probably dad, the only person in your life who ever cared for you. The reason being is he is a man, and therefore scary. I’ll send you to my friend who can give you drugs so you shut up.”
