The fact he thinks he was going to represent April in the arraignment but April is already released without him knowing indicates that she flipped already on them.

Even in jail he can't escape them.

Is Nick seriously that brain damaged he thought it'd be a good idea to represent the 3 of them? Damn. Chef Red Pill beat them to first lolcow execution, but I guess first on US soil ain't too bad

Guys April's having Nick represent her, she probably didn't sell him and Kayla out. It's even odds she's out and the Rekietas aren't because it wasn't her gun, the kids weren't her responsibility, and she wasn't the one with 25G of coke.

How do they enforce "no possession of firearms" part of his release? If he owns guns, does he have to store them outside the home? Or does that mean not carrying and having them on his person, they can stay in his gun safe?

Would it even be allowed for him to defend them, as this would be a gigantic conflict of interest and would dissuade them from cooperating against him. Now they would probably not do this but I think this would not be a waivable conflict

Oh shit, it is no longer 5th degree but it is 2nd degree now

We're going to watch as one man manages to represent his clients and himself so horrendously that Minnesota will witness the first triple death penalty ever carried out.
