Mandatory Reporters protocol will depend on their job or agency. Schools will have a different reporting path then police or EMS for example. Who in turn may be different than Medical Providers.

Null pointed out clergy are included in Minnesota as mandatory reporters. And Nick has bitched about and insulted religious people very recently, in a way that indicated some obvious real life contact that pissed him off.

Also this stream has started. It's been posted here, I have no idea who it is, and suspect this arraignment may not be aired. But he's going to be on the Zoom link of probably a cattle call mass arraignment.

So far, he sounds like he knows less than we do.

That lots of them still joined nicks stream last year (nick went hermit this year) and hee hee ho hod with him makes me skeptical of such things. Only mindset and sean showed any signs of "not playing along" for any significant amount of time to make what they claim believable imo. More inclined to belive that mindset is being told lies.

It was a FULL YEAR ago when Nick admitted openly on stream that he planned to leave his home at 9am to drive his kids around mere hours after a heavy drinking stream that went past five in the morning.

Look how much BETTER Nick looks in that clip, despite being drunk out of his fucking mind. He's visibly physically rotted. I wonder how bad the situation at home has deteriorated in the past year? Me? Just based on what is known publicly and is being reported by Aaron, I think it would be the best thing for the children if both of them lost custody and none of the children are forced to interact with this fucked up bitch until they are adults and can freely make those choices for themselves.

I know it’s a long post but I clearly said I think she hoped aboard and got strung out too. She gave up and joined in a year or two ago.

So nobody is confused about this. I think she was too weak to fight against Nick’s degenerate behavior or actually leave when the addiction stuff went out of control. Instead she joined in with it and enabled it.

I’d also say the drug abuse, tattoos and plastic surgery went hand in hand. This was part of her journey from prude wife to horny swinging coke snorting wife.

part of being a parent is putting the best interest of the kids before anything else even yourself. Wait for nick to run some errands, while he’s gone, grab the kids and leave. Go to her parents house or wherever.
i believe not necessarily that she enabled him, but she chose to go along for the ride.

This. There's something to say about those mugshots that nobody has talked about yet.

Kayla is very clearly afraid and fearful, she doesn't know what's going on and is caught mostly off guard.

April kind of has a broken look of resignation, almost implying she knew this was a forgone conclusion but only half cares.

Nick however, looks fucking MAD. He looks like he knows exactly what happened, and he's pissed off. He looks like he's ready to break someone's face. Not that he's mad at the cops or at the situation. But he looks like he knows exactly who called the cops and why. He kind of looks like he just wants to say "Really? Are you fucking kidding me?"
