So, did he take down the stream because he was an absolute fool during it, or did he take it down because a woman's voice can be heard in the last 20 seconds of the stream telling him that he hasn't shut off the stream yet.

There were months' worth of posts in this very thread of Nick's fans begging him to stop engaging in degeneracy on stream, to stick to the legal topics and substance that made him successful, and to lay off the drinking. That was all ignored by Nick, who instead dived nose-first into all the shit his longtime fans and supporters were complaining about, and the thread transformed from disappointment to derision. It's hard to feel sorry for Nick when I can go back 2000 pages in this thread and find my own posts optimistically hoping that he can avoid finding himself in this very situation. It's sad, in an abstract sense, but I haven't felt bad for him for years.

I do feel bad for his kids. It's one thing to have a shitty father. It's another thing to have a lolcow father whose misdeeds are preserved on the Internet forever. His youngest kids will probably never remember a time their father wasn't like this. It's hard not to find that saddening.
