Like.. if Autumn's wife was another actual human being we would not hear the end of it, yet somehow Autumn's wife has been kept under lock and key.

I personally suspect it’s the wis-art person or another user. I always just kind of assumed she was keeping their identity a secret to protect them from any drama or backlash that seems to inevitably follow Pup wherever she goes (I believe she has done this with past partners but correct me if I’m wrong).
