I mean there is literally the 'Offended' page that has a collection of all the most horrible (by 2008 standards) shock images out there. Most pages had tons of pictures depicting sexual (or otherwise 'shock') actions as a punchline. One of the most infamous I remembered was Shitting Dick Nipples and a guy shitting in condoms and eating them with the caption "OM NOM NOM". That and I remembered there being porn ads from time to time because domain owners DGAF.

Granted though, ED never expected the reader to get off to those. They were purely in there for teh lulz and to shock viewers, but I mean I still wouldn't recommend a kid to that site back in its peak lol unless they're already familiar with 2000s shock humor.

I know this because as a high schooler about more than a decade ago I was already familiar with Postal 2 and tons of 2000s Adult Swim/Comedy Central shows so ED was only just like a step-up from that in terms of humor.

it's kinda scary how predictable it is.
 
Why even have the site up anymore when you can just use the waybackmachine/archive dot org? It's pretty expansive and it's practically how i've been browsing it ever since the up-time of the actual site has been a constant coin flip.

The Wayback Machine doesn't have all pictures in full size saved, especially those for old articles on niche subjects that no one has cared about in 10+ years (assuming those survived the deletion in 2011). Otherwise, yeah, there is little point in browsing the site for updates since all new articles are complete trash.
