here’s a positive quote and log your mood type bullshit thing. There’s nothing helpful on that app and I’m too skeptical/unimpressed to use it ‘properly’. I need my brain removed and scrubbed at this point (GAD, bipolar).
The other unhelpful tool is some hour long seminars with other patients on the ‘course’. I missed the first as child was ill, but that was “Coping with Anxiety”, today there’s “Getting to Know Me”, and next week there’s “My Relationships”.
Maybe this crap would work for mild cases. I’m just so pleased I can cause their success rates to drop. I just see this as a money saving approach and a way to look like they’re doing something.
